All videos are compressed with WinRar. It's a free compression program
just like winzip, but better. It opens both .rar and .zip files. You can
download it for free at
rarlabs.com;
To view the videos WMV I suggest using Windows Media Player or
BSPlayer. BSPlayer is free too! For
the .mov videos you will need
Quicktime.
If the download is too slow or stopping in the middle, get a download
program such as Download
Accelerator (it's the one I use). Other programs I know are GetRight and
ReGet, but I haven't used them in a long time, so I can't say whether they're
good or bad.
